Thrud Orction

Every year, we run a fantastic Orction; everything in it is donated by the wider Blood Bowl community and by a variety of lovely companies.

As well as the main auction at Thrudball 2024, we recently held an additional Online Auction because of the sheer number and quality of items donated to us. You can find details of what was on offer at the link below, including a list of what sold and for what amounts. And you can find details of the payments to charities here.

We are always looking for fantastic and interesting donations for our online auctions. If you have something you would like to donate, please email us: admin@thrudball.com.

For any items won on the day at a Thrudball auction you will need to pay for the items before taking them away. Payment via PayPal is preferred, even if you are at the event. Any items not paid for within four weeks of the event will be put back into the auction lists for the next event, and the winning bidder in question will not be able to make any bids for future auctions.

Just for interest, this is how much the top 10 highest value items have sold for. This list mostly includes lots from the 2023 Orction onwards - we did not keep records long-term before this date.

We appreciate every item donated no matter how small, and love every donor as they're the people that make the Auction possible!

However, please note the following constraints and requests we'd like to share before you donate:

1. All items are donated on the understanding that they'll be used at the discretion of the Thrudball Admin team, whether that's in the main Auction, the Charity Raffle or spot prizes.

2. The offer of promises of services e.g. painting a team are difficult for us to deliver on after the auction ends. Please do not be offended if we refuse such offers. We'll always welcome any items you wish to paint ahead of the auction, and we may even be able to provide donated models if you wish to help supply a painted team

3. Items donated after the end of June each year will be happily accepted, but may not be included in that year's auction. If you're planning on producing something specifically for the auction, please give yourself adequate time to get it completed and photos taken before this deadline wherever possible
