We'll follow the below guidelines for handling refunds:
We'll issue a full refund for tickets
We may not be able to issue a full refund for tickets
We'll do our best to offer cancelled tickets to people on our waiting list, and if they resell we'll issue a full refund
Refunds might take longer to process closer to the tournament, as the admin team will have lots more things on their plate.
In some circumstances the Admin team may decide to issue a refund at their discretion.
